just, don't go with misskey unless you have enough ram.
i have been stuck for the few last month unable to update because the misskey docker refused to use swap and crashed because of the lack of ram during compilation.
snac has a ton of flaws (mainly no emoji reaction and no file storage so you have to upload all your files somewhere before you can post them) but at least it is extremely light and fast to compile.
i never tried hosting anything else so i can't say for the others though
