when we buy bread, the bread is put in a paper bag that sometimes has ads.
Often times these ads are for real estate agents.
In this case it is for "Stéphane Plaza immobilier" Stéphane (Gilles) Plaza being a well known tv host that got famous for tv shows where he estimated the prices of appartment and tried to find hidden gems.
And for some reason he made an estate agency with his name on it.

Couple violence [SENSITIVE CONTENT]It is to be noted that this guy is a huge asshole who has been found guilty of beating his three successive wives.
