I have a window canvas, and a buffer of HTML. I hand these to Servo, and it renders the HTML on to the canvas as best it can.
If an external resource is required, Servo does not fetch it itself; it asks me. If the user clicks on a link, Servo does not navigate to it; it tells me. If I tell Servo to not execute JavaScript, it DOES NOT EXECUTE *ANY* JAVASCRIPT.

So to recharge my phone I used to call a number and there was menu driven interface that would guide me.
You know like "Press one for menu 1 or 2 for menu 2".
A bit annoying but it do the job.
