      i'm just criticizing my government for not caring about its youth just because it's not a viable strategy to stay in place in our current democracy.
      you can pounce on students, break their teeth, eyes, skulls and arms, grope their genitals, throw tear gas on them and so on while completely ignoring what they ask for because it's not like you'll loose votes anyways.

                it had calmed down a lot since "may 1968" (a big protest where uni student organized and it got so bad the government had to split the sorbonne (the biggest french uni in paris) into multiple campuses), but there was another pretty big one around 2009.
                since then, the situation just got worse and worse as the governement kept taking funds out of education to put in the millitary and into companies, so of course it had to break out at some point.
                i don't think it will change right now though, but if our far right party gets elected, i believe another one will break out, and this time even the military won't be enough to bury our voices.
