      Meta and google spent hundred of millions of dollars on AI, which could have a positive effect on society, such as cancer treatment. This ruling blaming them for making social networks addictive and unsafe, and asking them a huge fine is only a victory for the plaintiffs, not for children or society
      what the fuck is this absolute delusional take about how much google had to pay after that trial, how much they pay on harmful ai VS how much they spend on actual useful ai?

                  I think this is brilliant. Imposing a file format rather than a software.

                  I am almost sure that when people use MS-Word (or whatever it is called now) and save as odf and there are issues, they blame it on Microsoft.

                          that's why i need to ask, how would you go about teaching without controlling?
                          i don't think it's something i got to experience, nor have i seen it done in a way that actually made a child understand...

                                  I'm reading papers from 2002 rn and damn, these people REALLY loved to reinvent the wheel and overcomplicate oop.
